Store Return Policy

  • Since all our physical products are unique and produced specifically for you when you place an order, we do not hold inventory and cannot process returns or exchanges for certain reasons.

    We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

    • Buyer’s Remorse: Including subjective dissatisfaction with the design, color, or style, or if you simply change your mind.

    • Size Exchanges: As all items are custom-made, we cannot exchange products for a different size. Please consult the size charts provided on the product page before ordering.

    • Customer-Provided Wrong Address: If a package is returned due to an insufficient address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the reshipment cost once we have confirmed an updated address. Unclaimed shipments will also be returned and may be subject to a reshipment fee.

    We will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund for claims falling under our guarantee:

    • Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items - will need a submission within 3- days after receiving product. Please provide clear photos showing the defect, misprint, or damage along with your original order number.

    • Package Lost in Transit - will need a submission within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Please provide the order number and confirmation with the tracking that has NOT updated to “Delivered.”

  • Due to the nature of digital goods being instantly delivered and non-returnable once sent, all sales of digital products are considered FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

    • Please read the product description carefully before purchase.

    • I recommend verifying software compatibility before downloading.

  • Iny product returns will automatically be sent to our fulfillment partner's facility. It is best to contact us before attempting to return any products. The email is hardwick.heroes@gmail.com. Unless the return is explicitly approved by us due to a Print-on-Demand Distributor error (as noted above), you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping or the item may be donated to charity after 30 days.
